According to the relevant provisions of the Regulations on the Examination and Qualification Management of Practitioners of Dangerous Goods Waterway Transportation, the port operator engaged in the storage of dangerous goods in the port shall promptly organize the main safety management personnel and port handling management personnel of the unit to sign up for the qualification examination. The above personnel can only be engaged in relevant operations after passing the examination, having the qualification for employment, and obtaining the corresponding type of Qualification Certificate for Water Transport of Hazardous Chemicals. In order to improve the passing rate of the examination and improve the professional knowledge and professional quality of the practitioners of the transport of dangerous goods by water, Guangzhou Antwerp Port Education Consulting Co., Ltd. (GAPEC) held a pre-examination training course for the practitioners of the transport of dangerous goods by water on February 14 and 15. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

Phase 2301 liquid bulk hazardous chemicals handling management personnel
Training location: No. 5, Maiyi Street, Tongfu East Road, Haizhu District, Guangzhou (Exit D of Shiergong Metro Station)
Training time: February 14-15, 2023;
Training cost: 600 yuan (including teaching materials and guidance materials).
