Guangzhou Antwerp Port Training&Consultancy Co., Ltd., also known as GAPEC, is a Sino foreign joint venture officially approved in July 2016 by the Guangzhou Port Authority, Guangzhou Port Group Co., Ltd., APEC Antwerp/Flanders Port Training Center in Belgium, and Xianggang Huaguang Shipping Co., Ltd. The joint venture aims to provide talent training for the shipping and port industries; Plan port city technical cooperation and cultural exchange activities, and provide relevant business consulting.
