Lu Yongchang
Lu Yongchang, male, gained bachelor of port and waterway engineering from Tianjin University, and master of architecture and civil engineering from Hohai University. He is the chief engineer of CCCC-FHDI Engineering Co., Ltd. He is the expert who has been receiving special government allowance, senior engineer at professor grade, and master of national water transport engineering survey and design.
Dare to innovate, explore and develop for Environmental friendly port. The representative projects include: phase I and phase II project for Nansha port area in Guangzhou port; wharf engineering of Sinopec Hainan refinery continued construction project; Shenzhen LNG receiving station terminal project; wharf engineering for Yanda railway and ferry which was awarded the 8th China Civil Engineering Zhan Tianyou Award. Other large projects include: modification and expansion project for the Zhanjiang Port two hundred thousand tons of iron ore wharf; Zhanjiang Port Baoman port container terminal project; Phase II and Phase III project for Dongdu port area in Xiamen port; # 1, # 5, # 6 berth engineering for Haicang Port area in Xiamen port; phase I project for Pakistan Gwadar port which is China's largest foreign aid project. In addition, he compiled the "Ro-Ro terminal design specifications" for China Ministry of Transportation; presided over the "Structure Research of Plug-in Large Cylinder" for Zhonggan Group; "Design Technology Research on Yacht Marina"; "Hydraulic Structure Design Optimization Research on Nansha Port Phase II project" for Guangzhou port, etc. He received special government allowance in 1998; the Guangdong Province May-First Labor Medal in 2010; the master of national water transport engineering survey and design by Ministry of Transportation in 2012.
