Duan Huali is the vice chairman and general manager of chairman of Guangzhou-Antwerp Port Training & Consultancy Co., Ltd., vice president of communist party school of Guangzhou Port Group Co., Ltd., director of Education and Training Center of Guangzhou Port Group Co., Ltd., and the chairman of Guangzhou Seaport Training Co., Ltd. she gained master degree of transportation management from Shanghai Maritime University. She is the economist, and the senior human resource manager. She has long engaged in port education and training.
