He has a solid theoretical foundation and rich practical experience in the field of international shipping and logistics.
Xiao-Nian：Doctor of international economic law, Kyushu University, Japan, Shanghai Pujiang talent. He is a researcher of Institute of Applied Economics of Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, chief expert of "maritime Silk Road Research", an innovative project of national high-end think tank, and director of Maritime Law Research Center. Research area:WTOOne belt, one road, one marine economy, one shipping economy, one cruise economy and one service economy.
Yu Tao：He is a special researcher of the sub center of South China Sea Research Institute of Hainan Research Center for the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and director of Hainan free trade port research center of South China Sea Research Institute. He has a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in economics from University College London and finance from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore. Research areas: free trade port policy and system, marine economy, business environment and investment promotion, etc.
